How Dialora handles your information.
This policy explains how Dialora collects, uses, shares, and protects information across mobile and web calls, wallet credits, contacts, referral activity, account history, and support interactions.

- Calling details, including phone numbers you enter, destination country, provider status, call duration, estimated costs, and timestamps.
- Wallet and billing records, including credit balance, trial minutes, wallet transactions, top-up amount, payment confirmation identifiers, and referral bonuses.
- Mobile app contact details that you choose to make available, limited to names and phone numbers used to help you pick saved numbers to call.
- Support details you send through the contact form, including your email address, topic, message, and any related account context you choose to provide.
- Device, browser, app, usage, performance, diagnostic, and analytics data used to run Dialora, improve reliability, and understand how people use the service.
How we use information
- To provide mobile and web international calls, rate previews, wallet credits, call limits, contacts, recents, and account history.
- To authenticate users, protect accounts, apply referral codes, process top-ups, and keep balances synchronized after calls and payments.
- To troubleshoot calls, payment issues, microphone, contacts, browser, app, device, abuse report, and support request issues.
- To monitor service health, improve the product experience, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with legal and telecommunications obligations.
- To send service messages about your account, transactions, support requests, policy updates, or material product changes.
Service providers
- Authentication and database services help us manage accounts, wallet records, referral data, call history, and rate data.
- Voice providers help connect calls, route communication, return provider statuses, and calculate related usage.
- Payment processors help us create checkout sessions, confirm top-ups, and reconcile wallet credits. App marketplaces may also process purchases or distribute the app. Dialora does not store full card numbers.
- Hosting, analytics, performance, crash reporting, app platform, and email providers help us deliver the website and mobile app, measure reliability, and respond to contact messages.
Choices and controls
- You can choose whether to sign in, grant microphone or contacts access, place a call, add credits, or submit a support request.
- You can review recent call and wallet activity in your dashboard when signed in.
- You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information by contacting us.
- You can disable app or browser permissions such as microphone and contacts access in your device or browser settings. Calls will not work without microphone access.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Dialora, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, detect misuse, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
International use and updates
Dialora is used for international communication, and information may be processed in countries where we, our app platforms, or our providers operate. If we update this policy, we will revise the date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice in the product or by email.
