Terms of Service
The rules for using Dialora.
These terms apply when you use Dialora for mobile and web international calling, wallet credits, top-ups, rate previews, contacts, referrals, account history, and support channels.
Using Dialora
- Dialora provides mobile and web international calling, destination rate previews, wallet credits, contacts, recent calls, activity history, and related account tools.
- You need a supported device or browser, a stable internet connection, and microphone permission for calls. Contacts access is optional and only helps you choose saved phone numbers. The person you call does not need Dialora.
- You are responsible for phone numbers you enter, calls you place, and activity under your account.
- You must comply with applicable laws, telecommunications rules, carrier rules, and these terms whenever you use Dialora.
Accounts and access
- You may need to sign in to use mobile app or web app features, trial minutes, wallet credits, top-ups, call history, rates, contacts, recents, and referrals.
- Keep your account secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
- We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe an account is being used illegally, abusively, fraudulently, or in a way that harms Dialora or others.
- Beta features may change, pause, or stop while we improve reliability, routing, rates, billing, or the product experience.
Calls, rates, and credits
- Destination rates can vary by country, carrier, route, provider, taxes, fees, and market conditions. Rate previews are shown to help you estimate cost before use.
- Wallet credits and trial minutes are used for eligible calls according to the rates available in the product at the time of use.
- Calls may end automatically when available trial minutes or paid credits are exhausted or when provider, browser, or network conditions require it.
- Top-ups are processed by a payment provider or, where applicable, an app marketplace. Credits are added after payment confirmation and may not appear instantly in every case.
- Dialora is not an emergency calling service. Do not use Dialora to contact police, fire, ambulance, or other emergency responders.
Mobile app purchases and platforms
- When you download or use Dialora through Apple App Store or Google Play, your use may also be subject to that platform's terms, policies, purchase rules, and refund processes.
- If a top-up is completed through an app marketplace, the marketplace may handle payment processing, taxes, receipts, refunds, and account-level purchase controls.
- If a top-up is completed through an external checkout provider, that provider may handle payment processing, authentication, receipts, fraud checks, and payment disputes.
Referrals and promotions
- Referral rewards, free minutes, bonus credits, and promotional offers may have eligibility requirements, including minimum top-up amounts.
- We may withhold or reverse referral or promotional rewards if we detect self-referrals, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, abuse, or other ineligible activity.
- Promotions can be changed or discontinued, but we will not intentionally remove credits that were properly earned and already applied to your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Dialora for spam, harassment, scams, fraud, illegal content, emergency calls, automated dialing, robocalling, call center traffic, resale, or violations of carrier rules.
- Do not attempt to interfere with Dialora, bypass rate limits or billing controls, reverse engineer the service, or misuse provider tokens or APIs.
- Do not use Dialora in a way that violates sanctions, export controls, telecommunications licensing requirements, or the rights of other people.
Limitations
- Dialora is provided as available and may be affected by internet quality, app or browser behavior, device settings, permissions, third-party providers, carriers, and destination networks.
- We do not guarantee that every call will connect, rates will remain unchanged, or the service will be uninterrupted.
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dialora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Payments, refunds, and disputes
If you believe a top-up, call charge, referral reward, or wallet balance is wrong, contact us with the account email and relevant details. Refund eligibility depends on payment status, app marketplace or payment provider rules, usage, provider records, abuse checks, and applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Dialora adds or changes services and features. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.
